I personally don't think so, and haven't from the begining. Sure, Hussein was a douche and shouldn't have been given the right to rule a country, but that doesn't mean we should be getting ourselfs killed over it. Besides, it's plainly obvious that Hussein, or WMDs for that matter are not why we're there.
What are your opinions on the matter?

If we wanted more oil, we wouldn't be over there shortening our supply. Hussein had weapons of mass destruction, and was a possible terrorist. The people of his country, if spoken against him, would be stoned to death. Pits were dug, and dozens of civilians were thrown in, and burnt alive. He was the modern day Hitler. And why the f**k would we go there for oil? That's just some asshole rumor invented to make bush look bad. Not saying I like him, I don't like any politicians. All you heard about the war was lies invented by his competition. |

well you might not like what i think but..
either bush is a complete idiot or the only reason he did that whole iraq thing was to get take something from them. why else would you start a war against a whole country because of some stupid proofless theory that a single group had a non existant weapon that alot of other countries have alot of?

Hitler had gas, Husein had fire pits, buried people alive, ordered people to be shot, and had them tied to a pole and stoned in the middle of the street. As for oil, we get that already. Why the hell would we go invade a country that we already get oil from, to get oil? We had plenty, now we don't have as much because of the war. Bush my not be the greatest ever, but he's smarter than that. Not ALL texans are THAT thick-skulled... |

Hitler was more of a problem, but hussein was a potential terrorist, with the weapons to do so. We destroyed his weapons, and are currently trying to establish a government. Whether or not that is a good idea, remains unclear. Greedy people are pretty simple. But we would still be paying for it, so as far as I see, can be done in other ways. In a perfect world, we wouldn't have had to invade. But this world is pretty screwed. I'm not against the war. But I don't like bush either. |

You lie. He did not have WMDs, it was anounced that none were found. There's no evidence at all to say he was planning on attacking as big of a country as the US, and quite frankly it'd be a dumb idea.
Also, the scale is incomparable, so don't even try it.

And yes, Hitler was horrible on a grand scale. But you can't ignore the fact the Hussein murdered hundreds of thousands. People even say that Bush killed more people than Hussein... Idiots...

We didn't go into Iraq because of Hussein, we went in to establish a battlefront so we could h4x0r Bin Laden and Al Qaeda, Bush just got side-tracked and went after Hussein, which started a civil war between Sunni muslims, and Shia muslims. If you ask me, we should just warn people in Iraq that if they don't stop killing each other, we nuke them all. At least then Bush has a hefty chance of getting assasinated if we nuke them. That would make my day.
