That is Dairuga, I like it a lot more than Parukia (which I don't have handy a pic of however...), I think it is the by far biggest Pokémon that stands on all fours, about 17 feet tall roughly I think, read it at Serebii a while back, can't remember the exact height.

Sasuke (although I have no idea who that is...).
