Title: Elite Beat Agents
System: Nintendo DS
Graphics:
Elite Beat Agents graphics are decently good, they stand up very well with the other DS games, such as Castlevania, or Mario Kart. On the top screen of your DS you get a comic strip that goes along as you play each level, on the bottom screen of your DS, you have the Elite Beat Agents "dancing", and the different target you must tap/hit for points. Though at some moments, the graphics may get a little pixelated, or out of order. But that should not bother you at all.
Score: 7.5/10
Gameplay:
This game is quite addictive, very very fun to play. At first you get missions that you must complete, they consist of sliding your stylist across the screen, and tapping/hitting each of the targets that come along. At first the game is easy, but further you go along you get harder challenges. The targets get more difficult to hit, sometimes you have to double, or even triple tap them to get the full points. And, the targets appear/disappear faster, which takes more concentration, and faster reflexes. Not to mention this game has multi-player, which is defiantly fun, beleive me on that.
Score: 9/10
Sound:
Sound is one of the biggest factors in Elite Beat Agents, the game has many different songs, such as Skater Girl, and YMCA that play, while you do your missions. At moments they sound slightly scratchy, but most of the time is comes out smoothly. Many of them, go great with each mission you do, mainly because the targets you hit, create a beat thats almost the same as the songs. All around, Elite Beat Agents sound is amazing, you will definitely love it.
Score: 9.5/10
Replay Value:
The replay value for EBA is very good, you can re-do each mission, and still have as fun as you did when you first played it. You also, can play the levels on harder difficulties, which take about 10-20 hours to beat, which I bet will keep you quite busy with the game, but still have fun with it.
Score: 9/10
Overall Score: 8.5/10
