Zack & Wiki: Quest For Barbaros' TreasurePublisher: Capcom Developer: Capcom Genre: Adventure/Puzzle Players: 1 Elements: Pack godly puzzles in a prissy outer shell with pirate themes. Graphics: Unlike some Wii games, Capcom isn't trying to master any kind of realistic graphic style. Instead we get very crisp cel shading which has thus far worked every time on the Wii console. Soundtrack: Nothing above mediocrity here. Wiki has to have one of the most annoying voices, ranking up there with Navi from Ocarina of Time. Gameplay: Though it's by no means amazing, the puzzles overall utilize the Wii's motion sensing at a very good pace. Later puzzles will literally take over an hour to complete, but only due to genuine challenge. Longevity: Three. Overall: 8/10 Zack & Wiki is a quirky Wii game, and is surprisingly good despite following what seems to be a cliche mini-game/puzzle formula. However if you can get past the kiddy look and Wiki's horrifying pitched voice, it's definitely good for a couple completions.
