1 Character would have been more than I expected. That update was most likey (And, hopefully not) to get our attention. The rest may be smaller. But who knows... It's nintendo. The most random major VG company yet... -_-

...today's update was a bit disappointing...we've been shown some new Gooey Bomb item that just looks really boring.
Oh well, every weekday update can't be great. Maybe tomorrow they'll update it showing us it has a Story mode, that would be neat, but it sure would be a lot of work for them to make something like that into this game that has dozens of characters in it.

Yeah, we'll have beter updates.
And that item will be fun if you think about it. It just doesn't come from any game (apparently), so it's like the Capsule or the Fan from previous games.
And speaking of "Gooey", Gooey from Kirby should appear in some way!

That would be effective for beating Newcomers that challenge you after completing some task, though I'd rather by used highly detructive items, just the skills of whatever character I happen to be using. I suppose the Gooey Bomb is okay, though I don't get the silly comments. "Pass it on! It may even get returned to sender.." Reason for no updates on Friday: When it's Friday here, it's Saturday there, one of the 2 days they don't update the site. |

Guys, get over it. Weekdaily updates aren't going to be incredible. Just because we're not being shown new characters yet doesn't mean the world's ending. It's good that we're getting shown something new 4 days per week. Be happy about that.

I liked this update more than the first one actually... New possibly awesome item > Old characters I've played as in the past 2 SSB's.

When they're just updating the items section for a day, it should be 2 items, not just 1...but Im sure they don't appreciate such pointless complaining, so...

It could just be me, but a few things have changed. Such as his face, wings, and the rings around his left arm. Look here   (Sorry about the size.) WOO! CHANGES! His wings look like they belong now. @_@ Also, if you look at the old photos of Mario and Link at IGN, you'll see some differences. To me, the new ones are an improvment. |

Well, this is a pretty good update, I was expecting a Game Mode...hopefully next week, or else something is up if a game mode isn't on the site after all the next 5 days of updates...

I wonder what kind of game mode they will do next... The game series has so far had Classic, Adventure, and All-Star. I guess All-Star will keep being unlockable.

Well, I guess perhaps the order they're putting up characters is random, so I wonder what character(s) they'll put up there next.
And about the Game Modes, I'm not sure what they'll reveal first, most certainly something obvious, like Classic mode though...

I hope they do two game modes at a time, or do a game mode and another character. That way it makes the update a little better. =/ Unless they slightly tweaked the game modes. =D
