So, friends of mine from S.F., I must admit that the biggest reason why you all have met me is because I'm in love with Nintendo, and that love made me years ago look for a message board dedicated to discuss what would we see in a sequel for Super Smash Bros. Melee Then I found SBO Forums, a very wonderful place that was to me like a heaven, sometimes a church, and sometimes like Kokiri Forest. I loved submitting my ideas there! Lost in that message board were the fondest of the memories of ideas that maybe even the actual SSBB won't make real . When it got shut down, I continued submitting my ideas at other places, such as Shrikeswind's Smash Bros. Land and the Nintendo Database I have very few links as proof of things that I said in the past and are perhaps coming true in Brawl, but you can always look for my name on Google (combined with "Smash"), and also browse this thread at Shrikeswind's. Post links to your posts, blogs, or websites, and get amazed at your own predictions if you ever stated them, whether they're confirmed or deconfirmed to appear in Brawl!

Before I was ever on SBO, I used to think of tons of crap for SSB3. The only proof I have is Fox as a witness though. =P Here's some things Fox and I thought of, most of them I can't remember which of us came up with it:
1. The name, "Super Smash Bros: All Out Brawl" So close...T-T
2. Final Smashes, though I think we called them Super Smashes or something...
3. Samus's Final smash, exactly how it happens, though we didn't think of the whole suit thing. Just the massive laser...
4. Stage Creator, also coupled with a Character Creator which isn't looking like it's in. >.>
5. Some Pokemon, such as Groudon and Kyogre. And hoping for a Onyx return, which happened
We've had many more, but I don't remember many of them...

Of ALL the Fire Emblem characters on the site, even the most minor ones, the only, and I mean ONLY one that didn't get accepted was Ike. You know who submitted Ike? ME. You know what happened? Josh denied Ike because he said Ike wasn't fit for Brawl and wouldn't get in over other characters, especially as long as Marth and Roy are there. [spoiler2]Now unless you live under a rock, you've noticed that the only Fire Emblem characters playable in the game are Marth and Ike.[/spoiler2]

I find it odd that he would deny Ike. I mean look at the GC Fire Emblem! Ike's the fricken main character, and leader of the whole mercenary army! Though was Path Of Radiance out when you submitted? Either way, Josh failed on that one...<.<

Yeah, Path of Radiance was out. Josh kinda failed on most submissions. But not to offend, he was the first one doing the fan submitted stuff, so anything remotely cool or acceptable was accepted.
Still, I always have that Ike submission to fall back on. I even described his Up B as a move where he spun in the air with his sword. SURE SOUNDS FAMILIAR DON'T IT? =P

Too bad he didn't realize that once a character is known worldwide, it becomes more valuable for a game like this.
The fact that Josh rarely read submissions the last months made it even harder to convince him. Marin was okay, though... It's forgivable that you include your favorite character just because you're the owner of the site (just like Shrikeswind and his Blaziken).

It's just what he says and his personality, such as way he thinks, speaks, and lives that fails. <.<

Dang it! lol...

Well, character-wise...wait, I need a spoiler box for this...
[spoiler2]Well, I was the one who made the Lucario submission at Shrike's site, and I did get a few obvious attacks, even the FS, but not the way it was used. I was also expecting Mewtwo to come back, highly improved. He's my favorite pokemon, so I was kind of sad and angry that Mewtwo didn't make it back.
And in the amount of characters, I never expected over 37. I always said that 36 or 35 was a good number. And for those who said "but SSBM virtually doubled the number of characters from SSB64", it sort of did, but you could also say that it added 13 characters (14 with sheik) and brawl did just about the same thing (10 more character spaces)[/spoiler2]
I also was expecting characters to have one personal super attack that could be accessed somehow, and that they would be called Super Smashes, like the name of the game. I guess I got half of that right.
And I can't remember much else of what I wanted in SSB3, except for Sonic, and I'm happy he's in (Blinding Speed = Yay).
