Banner request

I'm gonna need a new banner, because some of my other banners are becoming old. I would like for my new banner to be like Ansur's, but instead of Character VS. Character, put an icicle-style (or lightning-style) zig-zag wall in the middle. For the characters, instead of those seen in Ansur's banner, put these character pictures and these character pictures in it. That creates eight banners in one animated .GIF banner. Here's where I want the characters to be placed in order of appearance with the background colors in their places. Characters on the left should face the right side, while characters on the other side should face the opposite direction (except leave Mike Jones the same way he faces):

Starfy / DeMille

Ray MK II / Sukapon

Hakkun / Alice

Sabure Prince / Takamaru

Fighter Hayabusa / Tin Star

SNES boxer / Mike Jones

Satoru / Masaru Kado

ST Falcon / MG Warrior Mech Gauss

If you don't know exactly what these colors are, then use the Print Screen Key to take a picture of this text, and use the Pick Color tool that looks like an eye dropper.

ZOMG PARROTHEAD! How have you BEEN? You probably don't remember me, but it doesn't matter, because I remember you. lol I never heard exactly what happened with your MUGEN game. (Seeing those characters reminded me that you were making one.)

Also banner. If you HAVEN'T already had this one done by someone else, I'll take a crack at it. Oh heck, I'll take a crack at it anyway! ^_^'

Yes, I remember you, Fire Fox...well, sort of. I don't remember where I last saw you at. Was it SBO, GlassOwl or what?

I've been quite busy with my life concerns (e.g. college, family, etc.) while researching information about lesser-known video games (whether good, bad or mediocre) to build up Wikipedia articles about them, due to most people mostly focusing on the greatest games out there. For MUGEN, creating any kind of project for it is so difficult, it can drive you nuts, and finding the best tutorial for it is also difficult. I asked what I need, and they said Photoshop 7 (now most people are using Photoshop CS3), but most MUGEN tutorials are using Paint Shop Pro (PSP) and I already spent over $100 on Photoshop 7 on eBay from a seller that lives in the Philippines. Despite MUGEN being quite difficult to convert things into, it didn't stop a bunch of contributors from creating things that MUGEN can use. For my MUGEN project, I haven't even started yet. It's not just about Nintendo characters, it's also going to be about those that belong to several other companies. From the well-known Capcom, to the nearly forgotten Jaleco.

Well, I appreciate your help, Fire Fox. And no, it hasn't been done by anyone else, so go take a crack at it, if you have enough patience.

Okay so I have a slight problem. I don't know what any of those characters (Except Starfy and Ray MK II)(Lol...Brawl...) ; I hope this isn't too much trouble for you OR anyone who can name them off for me. ^_^' But yeah. ;

Alright, so we'll start with the names of this bunch. Don't worry about the rendering I render more during the actual making of the sig. ^_^'

The one boy holding a card on the left is Satoru, while the other boy holding a card is Masaru Kado. Here is a larger image showing them. The ST Falcon is the giant robot holding a Super Scope-based gun, while the giant mech next to the ST Falcon on the right side is the MG Warrior Mech Gauss. For a larger and easier image of Warrior Mech Gauss to extract, use this one. Hakkun is the one with a needle nose that resembles a drinking bird. The SNES boxer (confirmed by Nintendo of America to be Little Mac in the Wii Shop Channel's details for Super Punch-Out!!) is the one with boxing gloves and blond hair.

Don't think I have forgotten about this. I've made 4 of the sigs so far. But I had to redo the last one I did because my skill in Sig making has faltered by a massive amount... -.- It still is nasty. I'll make the rest of it anyway though and hand it over.

Well, it may or may not look nasty to most people. I don't know if I would enjoy it, but after I requested it, I must keep it and use it.
