A Thread for the Team Shooters in the Zombie Apocalypse, Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Discussing and possible get togethers will be made here.
If we get more members on the site, we might be able to do little competitions between each other, like speedruns on a certain difficulty, getting points for speed times, total health, nº of times items (grenade types and health items) are used, how many special infected are taken down, etc.

I own both on steam, the only problem I have is that in Left4Dead 2 I keep crashing to desktop randomly. I've looked for solutions but none have worked. I haven't really touched the game since.

I remember that used to happen a lot with my Left 4 Dead in the beginning (once ever 5 times I'd start up the game, aprox). But then it stopped happening and I rarely have the game crash.

What I did for trying it out was getting it off the internet (pirately), but I'm going to buy it in a few days, because now I have the money and that way, I could play online. Sure, I can play online with the pirate version, but that's not my style.
Buying L4D 1 and 2 off of the Online Steam store at once gets you a 10 dollar discount, so both games are sold at 30 dollars. That's pretty much what I'm going to do.

I finally bought the game. The Steam store was having a discount on New Years, and I got both L4D1 and 2 at 15 bucks and TF2 at 5. Too bad the discount was only until today, at about mid-day. Still, I was going to have to use 25k pesos to buy those three games, and it only came out to cost 9.3k!
So yeah. I'm going to leave my Steam account on the first post... hope someone buys L4D some day >_>'
