Just wondering if any of you still play it? Or smash in general?

I go to a brawl website centered around wifi(not AiB) that has cool little tournaments, a friendlies section, even a team league(Like sports, but Brawl style) and much more. Lots of competition, including me as well.

If anyone's interested I can point you in the right direction.

I know I don't play SSBB anymore, pretty much because I have no reason. The main reason is because I only know 2 people who actively play it, and once you know their battle style, they're easy as cake and not much fun to fight against. What kept me playing SSBB for a few more months was hacking, which is awesome, especially Balanced Brawl and I still make BRSTMs, but like I said, without someone to fight against, no real point in fighting.

That Wifi fun time would be interesting (since the Smash community of Chile is... just very nerdy), yeah, but everyone knows that living in Chile gives me massive lag. Sure, I upgraded my internet speed from 1Mbps to 6Mbps, but I still expect to have massive amounts of lag, just less than before.

Still, I'd be interested in that site. Currently, I only visit 1 forum, and don't post that much, so another forum would be interesting. You might as well PM me over there, just for faster measures. The site's known as NinDB. There are 3 other SBO members who post there (JN, Shrikeswind and sometimes Leon), so yeah, I'll be over there or something.

Yeah, but I don't think I'll buy it. I'm used to playing Street Fighter and anything that isn't Smash with an arcade stick. From a casual standpoint SSF4 3DS is great but it's not something I would be able to play over a long period of time the way I still play SSF4 today.

I know I'm not getting a 3DS soon, due to lack of funds, and the launch line up is not really interesting me, with only SSF4 calling my attention (no Xbox360, and god to I want to create worlds in Halo: Reach's Forge).

I can't decide If I should get one now or wait. I really mother-fuckin want one, but the only game I want so far is SF4, but I have no friends+internet at home, so it's pointless that way. Plus I suck at fighters.

But when OoT Comes out, hell yeah. Even though I've played it like 3 times. But it has master Quest, so I'll do that.

I find most of my matches in the chat room, however you can also make a challenge thread in the find brawl matches forum as well if that fits your fancy. So check that out. My Alias is KillLock, I mostly lurk chat, lol.

And as for lag there's people from all over on the boards so you're bound to find someone who you're at decent connection with(Yellow). As long as the gameplay is smooth and not full of lagspikes you can pretty much adjust to it, albeit harder than normal.

Hm, I'll join one of these days. I probably won't join to play, but more to just talk about Smash, or other shit. Brawl on Demand would probably be sweet, since I (nor any of my friends) don't have time to actually get together and play locally. Last time we did that, it was over a year ago!

Still... I need a router, as my PC died and my PC (with the Nin. Wifi USB Connector, which does not work with my Laptop's Windows 7) was my only access to wifi for my games. If anyone knows any good ones, recommend away.

Yeah I'll play Brawl occasionally, Like when friends or family come over or I go to them. Not wifi though. Right now what I mostly play Is my Pc. I play Hl2 Mods alot. Mostly Garry's Mod Right now, because I'm admin on a few servers with different gamemodes. I recently bought the new Mortal Kombat game and it's kick-ass. If you guys ever wanna play with me on Steam or on the Playstation Network My Name will always be Jamc2000. I have to recheck my friend code for brawl because I recently bought a new black Wii and I haven't used wifi on it yet.

I'm a hardcore Melee-er currently. I play with my niece. We're epic rivals. Sure I'm 15 years older than her, but she's still really good for her age. I guess starting her young helped out her hand-eye coordination.
