Ok...Were an SSBB clan...This board is for People who want to test out their Submissions, People will say whether it is good or not. (Johans' Oppion would be the best since I only PLAY VG's...Not Study them...(Unless it's a RPG ^_^)
Then IF SBO Reopens you can take The submission there and it will be all ready and such.

IDK... And ssbmaster is the Lucario expert here anyway. Okay... I was thinking in that character (Lucario), an improbable character from WarioWare, and a probable item from WarioWare.

SpecialsB: Wave Guiding Bomb (Charge-able. Goes fast and is very strong, but instead of launching foes up, the get driven into the ground [not like DK's headbutt, but "kissing the ground"]. Of course, this means it is a spike, so it is a good attack when your foe is in the air) Uncharged: 3-4%; Charged: 18-21%
<B>: Feint (details unknown, but it hits even if the foe has his/her shield up) Damage: ?% (but less than 15%) [I'll update this later]
B^: Hi Jump Kick (Jumps up high while flipping to do a Flip kick, Damage highest at peak of the jump/attack. If the attacks hits a wall in its trajectory, Lu takes 3-5% in damage) During the Jump: 3-5%; at the peak of the attack: 14-17%
BV: Metal Sound (scratches itself slowly to produce a terrible sound wave around it [sound wave is 1.875 times the size of Jiggly's Sing. Remember, Lucario's a steel type.]. He who is found in this wave will have the following results:
a) Movement Controls are rotated clockwise [30% chance]
b) Movement Contros are rotated counter-clockwise [30% chance]
c) Foe is stopped just like Falco's Blaster [20% chance]
d) Foe/s cover their ears, dissallowing attacks for 3-4 seconds [15% chance]
e) Foe/s suffers 15-30% in damage, foe covers ears and takes about 2 steps back with eyes shut [5% chance]
Lucario takes 1-3% in doing this [hey, you dig your nails into your skin and see if it don't hurt =P])
Standard
A: punch
A,A: punch, kick
A,A,A,A: punch, kick, punch, tail whip
<A>: Tail whip
A+^: Stabs horn on hand upward
A+V: sweeps floor with horned-hand
<Smash>: Lungs slightly forward and bites (imagine a dog...)
Smash+^: does a hand-stand facing the camera and thrusts both feet upward
Smash+V: faces camera and thrusts both fists to the sides so the enemy is hit with the horns
Taunt: Lucarios takes out a Chocolate Bar and munches a bit, recovers (most common)5-10()least common)%, but only lasts 5 bites. Chocolate regenerates after dying. If hit while eating, the chocolate will not recover and that piece will be lost.
Brawl Blast: Something based of the Movie...I haven't seen it though =P

I think this one has been submitted before, but not this way. ---------- Name: WarioWare Bomb From: WarioWare, Inc.: Mega Microgame$! Description: Throw this item at an opponent, and if he/she/it doesn't block it, then a transparent screen will be seen on screen, where he/she/it will be able to play a random microgame out of more than 25 available. If he/she/it loses, then the bomb will explode like a thrown Bob-omb would. Otherwise, he/she/it will be able to throw it again at another character. The third time it's thrown at anyone, this item will explode like a Bob-omb. ---------- |

makes it too complicated, but I could see this working with the Wiimote...but also takes out fighting, which is the main-ness of this game. But I still like it  EDIT: New Item: Bone (A mix of Mario Party's Bone capsule and PKMN's Bone based attacks) Description: - Whacking with basic "A" attacks - Is thrown like a boomerang when smashed (goes as far as link's boomerang, but doesn't stop if it hits something/one) - Shield lasts much longer and the fan's attacks become obsolete - If thrown and lands in a dirt terrain, it will stay in the ground and any character that goes by it will trip and "kiss theground" Ok, there, I am done with another submission... |

But I'M not the only one Praising Them.
And GodD*mmit! My Laptop has a problem! Whenever WIndows starts up...It says an error restarts and starts the process all over again! >_<! I'm on the computer upstairs...but..I cant get on this all the time...
